LUXURY HISTORIC OFFICE SPACE AT LINCOLN RD & THE VAN DYKE

Located in the 1920s-era Van Dyke building at the corner of Lincoln Road and Jefferson Avenue, this property is the most historically significant building in Miami Beach. Our building was built by Carl Fisher where his real estate office sold the first parcels of land that started the initial South Florida building boom of the early 20th century.
