”There are 960 historic buildings in South Beach and each one an opportunity to make history” – Luca Migliore

Rarely Available Bungalow-Style Hotel Sold by Luca Migliore!

Luca Migliore, head of Commercial Division and broker Gary Hennes are thrilled to announce the successful closing of a unique bungalow-style hotel, originally built in 1924. This remarkable property spans 7,000 square feet and features five short-term rental suites arranged around a charming central courtyard.

Originally a single-family home, the property transitioned into a “rooming house” in the 1940s, making it a rare find in an area where daily rentals are highly restricted. The hotel consists of two four-bedroom suites, two one-bedroom suites, and one studio, each with a private entrance. Ample on-site parking is also available for guests.

The property has been acquired by a distinguished hospitality group, which plans to improve and reposition it as a lifestyle boutique hotel. This transformation promises to enhance the property’s appeal and provide a unique experience for guests.
