Miami is quickly becoming the epicenter of a major culinary boom! Miami Beach has hosted the Sobe Food and Wine festival for several years now, adding even more media attention and showcasing our city’s culinary uniqueness. What makes the chefs of Miami so great is their diversity! We feature countless restaurants with chefs from every corner of the globe. With new restaurants popping up everywhere, 2014 is an exciting time to be a resident of Miami. I recently attended the grand opening of Yard House in Miami Beach, located at 1681 Lennox Ave. The smiling faces of the new, eager employees set a mood of excitement for what is to come. The chef sampled out several delicious dishes, and the bartenders poured away hundreds of incredible cocktails for the crowd. The opening of Yard House in Miami Beach is just another step in the right direction for the ever-growing culinary presence that is Miami. These are exciting times to be a Miami resident, and I am so happy to share in the excitement with you.
