The wow factor was seen a block away before even stepping foot in this house! The most beautiful couple looking for their first home couldn’t believe their eyes when they walked into this charming 1930’s home that has been completely remodeled.
It may have been the gorgeous features preserved, like open beamed cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors, modernized to today’s standards with gourmet open kitchen, laundry room, new roof, new impact windows, master suite and beautiful backyard with plenty of room for pool. Or the enthusiasm of their agent that knew it was love at first sight.
First for the agent it was a journey to find the right home for the right buyers but in the end it was the journey that transformed the realtor knowing that such love would attract the right house at the right time and 90 NE 91st Street in beautiful Miami Shores Village was just that place.
Co-brokered with Ines Hegedus-Garcia of Related ISG, one of the most professional agents around and a pleasure to work with. The sellers, delightful and of course as the agent was looking for the right place for their clients to live, they were reminding the agent that it was time for him to-live.
